An international NASDAQ-listed enterprise is looking for a Remote ServiceNow API Developer to work on cutting-edge LLM training and ServiceNow scripting. This is a unique opportunity to enhance AI-powered automation within the ServiceNow ecosystem while working with a global tech leader!
Role Highlights:
- Train and enhance LLM models for ServiceNow scripting languages to improve co-pilot automation features.
- Fine-tune models using Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
- Develop and optimize custom integrations, JavaScript scripts, GlideScript, GlideQuery, and Dot-walking.
- Improve ServiceNow workflows for better performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate in an agile development environment with a focus on AI-driven automation.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years of ServiceNow development experience, with expertise in ServiceNow APIs.
- Strong experience in JavaScript, GlideScript, GlideQuery, and Dot-walking.
- Expertise in at least one ServiceNow module (HRSD, ITOM, CSM, ITAM, FSM, etc.).
- ServiceNow CAD certification (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
