Job Timings: Full Time, 8 hours (4 Hours overlap with PST)

We’re looking for skilled SAP ABAP Engineers with expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI methodologies to join a leading organization at the intersection of AI and enterprise technology. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of enterprise training by integrating AI into SAP solutions.

Role Highlights:

  • Deliver specialized SAP ABAP training, integrating AI techniques like Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
  • Develop training materials blending SAP and AI methodologies.
  • Provide hands-on mentoring, real-world SAP ABAP case studies, and AI-driven coaching.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to optimize training strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in SAP ABAP & implementation.
  • 2+ years in AI/ML, LLM training, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills for structured training sessions.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to refine AI-powered learning strategies.
