Job Description:
The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes while using our services. You will act as a trusted advisor, facilitating communication between the client and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive customer satisfaction.
- Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition to our services.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Analyze customer feedback to improve service offerings.
Experience: 4-6 years in customer success or account management in the tech industry.
Salary Range: ₹700,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum.
