Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess output from AI models for accuracy, sensitivity, and alignment with ethical standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's, PhD, or Psy.D in psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Proven experience in the field of psychology, with a strong understanding of mental health principles.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; highly attentive to clarity and tone.
  • Ability to synthesize complex psychological frameworks into practical applications for AI training.
  • Familiarity with ethical considerations in both clinical and technological contexts.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for improving mental health outcomes through innovation.
  • Comfort working autonomously and collaboratively in a remote environment.
