Responsibilities:
- Gather and document requirements for PLM solutions.
- Map business processes and align them with PLM functionalities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
- Create functional specifications and support testing efforts.
- Provide training and user support post-deployment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a PLM environment.
- Familiarity with PLM platforms like SAP PLM, Teamcenter, or Windchill.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Proximity to Chicago and willingness to travel as needed for team interactions and project milestones is preferred.
