Job Summary:
- 5+ yrs of experience in Teamcenter NX integration and NX upgrade
- Install, configure, upgrade and administer the NX client environment compatible with Teamcenter 2606, including managed-mode integration.
- Assess current NX/Teamcenter integration and determine required NX version, maintenance level and compatibility for the Teamcenter 2606 upgrade.
- Configure and validate NX Manager/Teamcenter integration, connection profiles, templates, customer defaults, environment variables and FCC/FMS connectivity.
- Support development and validation of the enterprise NX client deployment package for DEV, TEST and Production rollout.
- Perform end-to-end testing of NX login, open/save, check-in/check-out, revise, Save As, assembly loading, drawings and dataset management.
- Validate large assemblies and CAD file transfers through primary/secondary FSCs, including Gurgaon/Pune cache behavior, WAN performance and Store-and-Forward scenarios where applicable.
- Validate NX/JT/Dispatcher translation workflows, visualization output and CAD dataset relationships following the Teamcenter upgrade.
- Support Production cutover, pilot/smoke testing, troubleshooting, performance tuning, rollback validation and post-go-live hypercare for NX users.
