We are seeking an experienced Generative AI/ML Developer to join our innovative team and drive cutting-edge solutions in the field of artificial intelligence and machine learning. This role demands a well-rounded skillset and hands-on experience with various technologies and frameworks related to language models, prompt engineering, deep learning, and API development.
Responsibilities:
1. Architect and develop advanced generative AI solutions leveraging state-of-the-art language models (LLMs) such as GPT, LLaMA, PaLM, BLOOM, and others.
2. Implement frameworks like LangChain, Anthropic's Constitutional AI, OpenAI's Whisper, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Prompt Engineering techniques to build robust and scalable AI applications.
3. Develop and maintain APIs using Python's FastAPI, Flask, or Django for integrating AI capabilities into various systems.
4. Design and implement machine learning models, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques.
5. Explore and implement cutting-edge techniques like Few-Shot Learning, Reinforcement Learning, Multi-Task Learning, and Transfer Learning for AI model training and fine-tuning.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
7. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in the fields of Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning, contributing to the development of new algorithms and techniques.
8. Optimize AI models for performance, efficiency, and scalability, ensuring seamless integration with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
Qualifications:
1. 5+ years of experience in Generative AI and Machine Learning development, with a strong focus on language models, prompt engineering, deep learning, and API development.
2. Proficient in Python and well-versed with AI/ML frameworks like LangChain, Hugging Face, Anthropic's Constitutional AI, OpenAI's Whisper, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and others.
3. Proven experience in developing APIs using FastAPI, Flask, Django, or similar frameworks.
4. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for model training, deployment, and management.
5. Familiarity with techniques like Few-Shot Learning, Reinforcement Learning, Multi-Task Learning, and Transfer Learning.
6. Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and their practical applications.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
9. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field
