Job Description:
We are seeking a Business Analyst to work on high-impact API integration and SAP projects for international clients. This is a remote position that requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a diverse experience in ERP systems, process optimization, and business analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for API integration and SAP PLM/GRC projects.
• Conduct process mapping and gap analysis to align with client objectives.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure successful system integration and implementation.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist with post-go-live support.
• Work across multiple ERP systems and industries to optimize business processes.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with exposure to SAP and API integration.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with ERP systems like Oracle, Salesforce, and cloud platforms.
• Industry knowledge in FMCG, Manufacturing, or Retail.
