Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, modify, and optimize 3D models and assemblies using Autodesk Inventor for manufacturing and product development.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to translate design concepts into detailed technical drawings and prototypes.
  • Analyze design challenges and proactively recommend inventive solutions to enhance functionality and efficiency.
  • Ensure all design documentation and schematics meet industry standards and project specifications.
  • Provide mentorship and technical support to peers and junior designers within the team.
  • Participate in design reviews, offering constructive feedback and ensuring project alignment with business goals.
  • Maintain clear, concise, and professional written and verbal communication throughout all project phases.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expert proficiency in Autodesk Inventor for 3D modeling, assembly, and detailed drawing production.
  • Proven experience in engineering or product design environments, with a strong project portfolio.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, tolerances, and materials.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a remote work setting.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional and remote teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Autodesk Inventor or related CAD software.
  • Background in mechanical, industrial, or product design engineering.
  • Familiarity with PLM/PDM systems and digital workflow optimization.
