We are looking for an online bidder who will be responsible for managing the entire bid process using freelance platforms like Upwork, Freelancer.com, and ensuring a high level of excellence. Applicants must have outstanding communication skills, combined with the ability to understand technical concepts and tender questions then provide clear concise responses whilst working to deadlines and targets.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding and identifying leads through various sources. Once leads are identified, this candidate will reach out and meet with the business decision-makers to better understand their business needs and how our product could help them. Both males and females are encouraged to apply.


Responsibilities:


  • Generate business through online portals like Upwork, Freelancer, PPH etc.

  • Find the right jobs and write proposals for them

  • Good exposure to generating leads from the international market through email marketing, LinkedIn, and other platforms using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Zoom info, etc.

  • Analyze client requirements and provide appropriate bidding solutions

  • Estimate the project price based on the requirements gathered

  • Explore and develop new business opportunities and understand client's requirement and acquisition

  • Submitting a completed bid to an existing or prospective client, on time and within budget

  • Bidding on Freelance, Fiverr, Upwork and other freelance portals on daily basis to acquire projects and converting those projects into long term sales

  • Experienced will be preferred


Requirements:


  • Command on Freelancing platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, PPH)

  • Proposal writing

  • Knowledge of drafting business proposals

  • Business development process

  • Business sales strategy

  • Analyze marketing trends

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills

  • Hardworking, organized, efficient and creative work ethic

  • Fluent in English


Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • At least 03 years of experience in lead generation for an IT services company.

  • Must have worked with clients from the USA region.

  • Excellent communication as you will be dealing with overseas clients.
