Job Summary:
Join our team as a US Tax Law Analyst (EA/CA), where you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze US tax statutes, regulations, and legal documents for accuracy and clarity.
- Interpret complex sections of the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) and Treasury Regulations, ensuring precise statutory understanding.
- Provide detailed feedback on the nuances and implications of legal language, focusing on statutory exceptions and technical accuracy.
- Summarize and distill key provisions of US tax law for various analytical and training purposes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to contextualize tax law insights for AI model improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date awareness of legislative changes and developments in US taxation.
- Contribute subject matter expertise to enhance and validate tax-related AI datasets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Expert-level understanding of US Tax Law and the ability to interpret legal documents in detail.
- Demonstrated proficiency with the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) and Treasury Regulations.
- Exceptional skills in statutory interpretation and legal analysis.
- Professional credential such as Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Enrolled Agent (EA) strongly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication, with a keen ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and precisely.
- Experience in reviewing, drafting, or analyzing legal or tax-related documentation.
- Attention to detail and commitment to technical accuracy at the source level.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams or in technology-driven environments.
- Prior exposure to training, education, or guidance in tax law interpretation.
