We have an urgent opening for a Technical Lead to join a large-scale digital transformation program at a leading automotive manufacturing plant in Bidadi, Bengaluru.
What you will be doing:
- Leading end-to-end delivery of digital and IT projects
- Working closely with business and tech teams to convert requirements into working solutions
- Reviewing code, managing architecture decisions, and ensuring quality
- Handling project planning, timelines, risk, and stakeholder updates
- Supporting deployment, post-go-live issues, and knowledge transfer
- Mentoring junior team members and keeping delivery on track
What we are looking for:
- 6 to 10 years of experience in IT delivery or technical lead roles
- Hands-on with Java tech stack and cloud-based SaaS solutions
- Good understanding of data integration and enterprise platforms
- Experience in client-facing or stakeholder management roles
- Exposure to PLM, middleware, or manufacturing IT environments is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
