We are hiring highly analytical and computationally proficient researchers across Physics, Biology, Mathematics and Chemistry. You will design challenging scientific problems in your research domain and develop precise, elegant computational solutions using Python. The work demands strong scientific reasoning, accuracy and research depth. This assignment involves rigorous problem creation, quantitative solutioning, and participation in structured review processes to ensure absolute quality and correctness.

Responsibilities

  • Quantitative Problem Design and Solutioning
  • Develop original, research-grade or graduate-level scientific problems in your domain.
  • Use Python for scientific coding, modelling, simulation or analytical computation.
  • Define problem categories, secondary tags and difficulty levels clearly.
  • Solve all formulated problems rigorously, ensuring methodological precision, reliability and coherent reasoning.
  • Quality Assurance and Collaboration
  • Participate in two-tier review cycles to evaluate accuracy of problems and solutions.
  • Review peer submissions with a focus on scientific correctness and internal consistency.
  • Incorporate feedback promptly and refine content to maintain high quality standards.
  • Work closely with reviewers and team leads to uphold overall technical excellence.

Required Qualifications (You must meet the qualifications for one of the following domains)

Physics

  • PhD or PhD candidate in Computational Physics
  • At least one peer-reviewed publication
  • Advanced proficiency in Python for scientific coding

Biology / Computational Biology / Bioinformatics

  • PhD or PhD candidate in Computational Biology or Bioinformatics
  • At least one peer-reviewed publication
  • Advanced Python skills for modelling or biological computation

Mathematics / Computational Mathematics

  • PhD or PhD candidate in Computational Mathematics
  • At least one peer-reviewed publication
  • Advanced Python skills for numerical methods or algorithmic computation

Chemistry / Computational Chemistry

  • PhD or PhD candidate in Computational Chemistry
  • At least one peer-reviewed publication
  • Advanced Python proficiency for chemical modelling or scientific computation

General Requirements

  • Excellent analytical, logical thinking and scientific problem-solving ability
  • Strong written and verbal communication for clear documentation and collaboration
  • Availability for 8 hours per day with at least 4 hours overlap with PST
