- Conduct searches on professional platforms like LinkedIn to identify and connect with prospective talent.
- Assist in screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and assessing candidates' suitability for roles.
- Support in scheduling and coordinating interviews, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
- Engage in follow-up communication with candidates, providing updates and gathering feedback.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to maintain accurate candidate records and documentation.
- Strive to meet recruitment goals and learn to manage multiple openings effectively.
- No prior professional experience required; freshers, recent graduates, and under graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills and an eagerness to learn and develop in the recruitment field.
- Basic understanding of using job portals and professional networking sites like LinkedIn.
- Ability to manage tasks efficiently, prioritize workload, and work within deadlines.
